Privacy policy

This policy explains what glowintakeapp.com collects when you contact us, why we hold it, how long it stays and how you get it removed. Last updated: September 4, 2026.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is MLJ, SASU, publisher of GlowIntake, represented by Jimenez Julien. You can reach the controller at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com for any question or request about your personal data. Full company details are on the legal notice page.

What the contact form collects

This site has one form. When you submit it, we receive exactly the fields you filled in and nothing else. Those fields are: name (your full name), email (your work email), company (your studio name), role (your job title chosen from a list), request (whether you want a demo, early access or a quote), size (how many treatment rooms you run), message (your description of what happens today between the consultation and home care), and consent (your confirmation that we may use these details to answer you). Two hidden fields travel with the submission for routing: subject, which identifies the site the message came from, and recipient, which sets the mailbox that receives it. A honeypot field named bot-field is included to catch automated spam and is expected to stay empty.

We do not ask for client information, health data, photographs or payment details anywhere on this website. Please do not include a client's name or skin history in the message box. If you send such information by accident, write to us and we will delete it.

Why we hold it and on what legal basis

We use your submission for one purpose: to answer your request and, where you asked for it, to arrange and run a demonstration of GlowIntake. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation the legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and in keeping a record of that exchange. We do not use form submissions to build advertising audiences, we do not enrich them with data bought from third parties, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If you would like occasional product news, you have to ask us for it in writing.

Who processes the data

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which hosts this website and operates the Netlify Forms service. A notification copy is delivered to the publisher's email mailbox. Netlify acts as a processor on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Nobody else receives your submission: no advertising network, no data broker, no analytics vendor.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies, no third party analytics cookies and no cross site tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising remarketing tag and no social media tracking script on any page. The fonts used here are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font file. No consent banner is shown because nothing is stored on your device that would require one.

How long submissions are kept

Enquiries that do not become a customer relationship are deleted from the Netlify Forms store and from the publisher's mailbox within twenty four months of the last exchange. If you become a customer, the enquiry is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for the period required by French accounting and tax law. You may ask for earlier deletion at any point and we will act on it unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a specific record.

International transfers

Because our host is established in the United States, your submission is transferred outside the European Economic Area. That transfer is covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses concluded with the processor, together with the supplementary technical measures applied by the host, including encryption in transit and at rest. You may ask us for information about those safeguards.

Your rights in the United States

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, state privacy law gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, and we do not use your information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. We never charge for exercising these rights and we never treat anyone differently for using them.

Your rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw a consent you have given at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in France the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.

How to exercise your rights

Write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com from the address you used on the form, or from an address you can prove is yours, and describe what you want. We answer within thirty days and normally much faster. If we need more information to identify your record we will ask for the minimum required and nothing more.

Children's privacy

This website addresses business owners and licensed professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen years of age. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete the record promptly.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions travel encrypted, and access to the mailbox that receives them is protected by two factor authentication. No system is perfect, and if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it and the previous version is kept on file. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us are communicated by email to the address they used.
